Ripley
County Court
constitutes the eightieth judicial circuit. The Ripley superior court is an established
court of record. The Ripley superior court has the same jurisdiction as the Ripley
circuit court. This court has a small claims and misdemeanor division. Currently,
the Ripley superior court has one 1 judge. This judge holds sessions in the Ripley
County Courthouse or places in the county that the Ripley County executive provides.
